Using RentAtlas
By creating an account or submitting an application through RentAtlas, you agree to these terms. You must provide accurate, truthful information in your application — misrepresentation may result in denial or termination of a lease.
Applications & screening
Submitting an application does not guarantee approval. Applications are reviewed at our discretion, consistent with fair housing law (see our Fair Housing statement). By checking the screening consent box on the application, you authorize us to verify the information provided and obtain a background and credit report.
Application fees
Where an application fee applies, it covers the cost of processing your application, including background and credit checks, and is non-refundable once submitted, regardless of the outcome of your application.
Tours
Tour requests are subject to confirmation and availability. We may require a submitted application before confirming a tour.
Account responsibilities
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
Limitation of liability
RentAtlas is provided as-is. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of RentAtlas after changes means you accept the updated terms.
